Our Impact
We partner with schools, childcare centers, and other
non-profits who serve high-need children and their
families. Our Foundation has partnered with Fort Portal
Senior (Fort Portal SS) Secondary school in Fort Portal
Uganda which is the pilot school for rolling out our
programs. In addition, we have partnered with The
Rotary Club of Morningtide Bugolobi to equip the digital
library at fort portal SS and launch the first Book club in
Fort portal.
The foundation is working tirelessly to provide over 100
home libraries to children in need within fort portal. By
helping us, you will directly change the lives of children
throughout our great city. Through your generosity, the
My Home Library will turn-the-tide and make book
ownership and literacy a reality for all aspiring young
readers in fort portal and other districts around Uganda.
Milestones and Performance Targets
- Equip 100 School Libraries in rural Schools by 2037.
- Mentor 5000 students by 2037.
- Launch 100 Book clubs by 2037.
- Train 5000 Youth in digital Literacy programs by 2037.
- Have 10 Short stories by children & adolescents published by 2037.
- Set up 1000 Home libraries by 2037.
- Set up 100 Digital Libraries by 2037.
